DESCRIPTION

This is the ideal in luxury, modern living!  This fantastic family home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bath) and an outdoor area to envy!   The house is newly completed and the owner has lovingly thought of everything that is needed to make a perfect holiday.

The floor plan flows perfectly so that most of the rooms look out to the swimming pool and the outdoor area is the perfect haven with heating, cooling, an outdoor kitchen, TV, and remote control blinds.

All of the mod cons have been thought of!  There's so many, it needs a list:

3rd bedroom - queen bed, wall mounted TV, BIR

4th bedroom - queen bed, BIR

5th bedroom - 2 x king single bunks (ie sleeps 4 people), BIR, wall mounted TV (there is a single sofa bed if an extra bed is needed).

Linen can be hired at an additional charge, price on application. Bed linen is included for all bookings of 7 nights or more.

We rent to families or mature groups only. Definitely no schoolies.  This property is not pet friendly.
